Living in a different state, Adam and Rachel were looking to return home to help with the family farm. Rachel dreamt of the perfect white house on a beautiful lot surrounded by trees near the family farm since she was child. Friends and community members suggested they reach out to SK2 Custom Homes, and together we were able to make those childhood dreams come true.

The Perfect Floorplan

We worked with Adam and Rachel to design a floor plan that fit all their wants and needs, within an economical footprint. This three bedroom, two bathroom home features a large ensuite and walk-in closet, a spacious L-shaped kitchen, and lot’s of entertainment space.

Custom Touches Makes a House a Home

Pine shiplap in the large vaulted ceiling and front porch, stained to match the custom rangehood in the kitchen, provide warmth and character to these main living spaces.

Next Level Finishes

Covered Porch

Adam and Rachel’s number one wish was to have a large front porch. SK2 was able to design a layout that allowed for the porch to be built and shipped attached to the home. The perfect place to drink their morning coffee, and watch their daughter play in the yard.

Modern Farmhouse Finishes

A large white apron sink in the kitchen, black hardware throughout, wood accents stained in Provincial, and themed lighting, creates the perfect modern farmhouse.

A Grand Front Entrance

This large front door boasts two sidelights and a large window providing lots of natural light, and is stained to compliment the rest of the wood work within the home.
