With today's technology, why settle for viewing a blueprint in 2D? Walk through your RTM home before construction even starts! See how big the rooms feel, envision the dinners around the kitchen table, and see the storage space you'll have in the mudroom for your kids sports equipment. We want you to LOVE your new house and be excited throughout our entire building process.
If you need a hand envisioning your RTM home's design, we'll bring the 2D design into 3D for you to fully visualize what your future home will look like! Between this and frequent video calls with you, your new home will already feel familiar when you walk into it for the first time!
We supply you with a fully finished home, from the joists up, but you’ll have to hire some trades onsite. We provide you with the detail you need to gather their bids. We often help our clients review bids, and if we have trades that we’ve worked with in your area, we’re happy to connect you with them!
Engineered trusses, wall systems, floor systems, extra sheathing, construction adhesive - these are just a few of the extra details that go into our homes to ensure that they’re built to last! Our homes travel from our location to your build site - all in one piece! Contact us to learn more about how we build, and how these little details leave you with a solid home that is build to last!

We are a small company, with small town values. Long lasting relationships and attention to detail are standard in every home we build. We take you through the entire process. You can expect frequent text updates and video calls, so even if you're in North Dakota or Saskatchewan, you are still a part of the entire construction process.
We are members of the National Home Warranty Program (CA) and the Residential Warranty Company (US), and all of our homes go through a rigorous third-party inspection and approval process, no detail is missed. Using our extensive design experience, we'll transform today's idea, into tomorrow's dream home!
Just like on a first date, we want to get to know you, and you to know us, so we can build on this relationship. Don’t worry, we have put together a list of questions to pin-point your style, to understand your needs now, and more importantly, your needs in the future.
Every home we build is a custom home. When you contact us and fill out our home design form, we'll send you some sample plans that we've built for other families, or you can send your ideas to us. We understand that every family has different needs and encourage your feedback. We'll also give recommendations based on our years of experience.
Depending on where you are building, we may be able to recommend some good contractors for you to get in touch with.
In Manitoba & Saskatchewan, we offer a one year workmanship warranty, with a five year structural warranty. We are a member of the National Home Warranty Program. For pre-built homes in North Dakota, we offer a one year workmanship warranty and 10 year structure warranty.
Yes absolutely! Our Canadian homes are inspected by local inspectors. Our RTM homes destined for North Dakota are inspected by third party inspectors, which means they meet all requirements for your state.
Kevin took me through every house in their yard each at different stages of the build explaining everything along the way. He went through every floor plan he had with me. I left there that day not wanting to look anywhere else. I had found the custom home builder who would be building my new home. Now I have this beautiful new home we will soon be moving into. My only regret is that we didn’t find SK2 when we first began this journey.
